By using our website and participating in Pickle Place activities, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Membership Eligibility
To participate in club activities, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Membership Responsibilities
Members are expected to:
- Respect fellow members as well as instructors and Pickle Place staff and adhere to club rules.
- Participate in a safe and sportsmanlike manner.
- Notify club officials of any injuries or incidents.

4. Liability Waiver
By participating in club activities, you agree to release and hold harmless Pickle Place LLC, its officers, and volunteers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during activities.

5. Code of Conduct
 All members must adhere to a code of conduct, promoting respect and inclusivity. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
